INGREDIENTS: Mustard (Distilled Vinegar, #1 Mustard Seed, Salt, Turmeric and Spices), Sweet Pickle Relish (Cucumbers, Corn Syrup, Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Vinegar, Salt, Xanthan Gum, 0.1% Sodium Benzoate (Preservative), Calcium Chloride (Firming Agent), Alum, Natural Flavors, Polysorbate 80, Yellow 5, and Maltol), Pure Cane Sugar, Honey, Datil Pepper Mash (Datil Peppers, and Vinegar), Orange Habanero Pepper Mash (Orange Habanero Peppers, Salt), Garlic Powder, Xanthan Gum.

    First, we took the harsh edge off the mustard, kinda smoothed it out, added some spices and then gave it the attitude adjustment it sorely needed; a healthy dose of Datil pepper. Whenever you get the urge to use your regular cheesy mustard, pitch it, and start over with Dat'l Do-It.
